How Far In Advance Should I Book?

Booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance is recommended, especially for busy seasons like spring and fall. Newborn and maternity sessions should ideally be scheduled during your second trimester to ensure availability.

What Should We Wear?

Neutral, earthy, or soft tones work best, avoid loud patterns or logos. I also offer a client closet with high-end dresses for maternity and full sessions to make styling easier!

Do You Provide Raw (Unedited) Images? 

No, I do not provide RAW files since my editing style is part of the final artistic process.

What if it Rains on the Day of Our Outdoor Session?

We’ll reschedule if the weather doesn’t cooperate. I also offer studio sessions as an alternative!.

When is the Best Time to Book a Maternity and/or Newborn Session?

It’s best to book your maternity and newborn session during your second trimester to ensure availability. Maternity sessions are typically scheduled when you're between 24-36 weeks—this allows us to capture your beautiful bump while you still feel comfortable moving around.

For newborn sessions, the ideal timeframe is 7-14 days after birth, when babies are still sleepy and curly for those precious early moments. We’ll schedule a tentative date based on your due date and adjust if needed after your little one arrives.

When Will I Receive My Photos?

You’ll receive your edited gallery within 3 weeks, depending on the session type.

What if my kids don't cooperate during our session?

No worries! I have a few tricks up my sleeves that I can try, and take a relaxed approach and guide you through natural interactions to keep the session stress-free. We’ll focus on candid moments to capture genuine smiles and connections. 

Do You Offer Prints and Albums?

Yes! I offer professional prints, albums, and wall art to help you display your images beautifully.

What If I Need To Reschedule My Appoinment?

If you need to reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as possible—at least 24 hours in advance—to help me adjust my schedule. The retainer you’ve paid is nonrefundable, as it reserves your session time. However, I completely understand that plans can change, and I’ll do my best to find a new date and time that works for both of us

What if I Need to Cancel My Appointment?

If you need to cancel your session, please email me as soon as possible. Because I reserve your date and may turn away other clients, the non-refundable retainer is forfeited. Cancellations made within 7 days of a session (or 48 hours of a mini session) require payment of the remaining balance due.

If products or services (like digitals, prints, or travel) have already been provided, those costs and any incurred travel expenses will also be billed separately at current pricing.
