If you need to reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as possible—at least 24 hours in advance—to help me adjust my schedule. The retainer you’ve paid is nonrefundable, as it reserves your session time. However, I completely understand that plans can change, and I’ll do my best to find a new date and time that works for both of us
If you need to cancel your session, please email me as soon as possible. Because I reserve your date and may turn away other clients, the non-refundable retainer is forfeited. Cancellations made within 7 days of a session (or 48 hours of a mini session) require payment of the remaining balance due.
If products or services (like digitals, prints, or travel) have already been provided, those costs and any incurred travel expenses will also be billed separately at current pricing.
